RETURNS POLICY - FREE RETURNS
I offer free returns for non-personalised products at full price and also sale price.
Contact me and return item/s within: 28 days of delivery
To be eligible for a free return, your item/s must be non-personalised, in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To return your order, e-mail email@example.com and let me know you would like to process a return, this will also allow us to keep in contact throughout. Use the return address printed on the front of your order and send your parcel back to me via Royal Mail at your local Post Office.
Once your return is received and accepted, I’ll process your refund - including your return cost. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You should receive your refund within 1-5 working days.
I recommend to keep your proof of postage - this will be your receipt from the Post Office. Customers are also liable for any loss in value.

Custom, personalised items cannot be returned if there are no mistakes or damage. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order and I'll be happy to help.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is damaged, incorrect or if you receive the wrong item so I can assess the issue and make it right.
If I have made a mistake with your personalisation or sent the incorrect item I will send a new one immediately, free of charge or process a refund - whichever you would prefer. Please send photographed proof to email@example.com, after I have received this I will send you a new one or process your refund.
Because of the nature of digital products I cannot process a refund. However, if you have any questions or need any help with your digital product please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to help.
